I keep hearing Discord notifications out of nowhere

I keep hearing Discord notifications out of nowhere even when I'm away from my laptop and it's turned off, even when my Discord app is closed, even when I'm outside the house, even when I'm taking a shower. I think I've gone insane now. How do I solve this issue?
