My account has been disabled on discord on false pretences and no evidence has been given to back up Discord’s claim of breaking the terms of service!

Recently, I got unfairly banned from Discord, which I have been appealing for almost two weeks. I did not do anything wrong. I shall give you a timeline of what occurred leading up to my ban. I shall provide evidence.

April 24, 2022:

I am just minding my own business, and a “diplomat” (roleplay diplomat) attempted to pressure into joining them. I rejected their offer. Then they threatened to attack my server in the same conversation. https://discord.com/channels/@me/970807172944515142/971226902708768789

April 27, 2022:

There was an attempted nuking on my server performed by “RP Games”, which is a discord bot owned and installed by Kewl (read about me)#4327, evidence is provided here: https://discord.com/channels/@me/970807172944515142/975250897162620938 . Additionally, this messed up a bunch of role, channel and category permissions.

May 1, 2022:

The day that my server was successfully nuked by a server named “The Authority”. This was a tragic day for me, because I had been dedicated to making my server [Republic of Asula] great since its founding (June 25, 2021). This was the same night in which the innocent girl was doxxed by the user ✮Creàm#2709 and then got swatted another user named s̵l̴e̵e̴p̶y̸#1488 —both of the users are top officials in the same server who attacked my server. I have evidence of this attack, unfortunately, it did not manage to save, because of my internet connection as well as me being emotional exhausted caused by the prior attack on my server.

May 2, 2022: I am still infuriated of what occurred the day prior. I was working on rebuilding my server with fixing permissions, channels and etc. Then I had to work on daily real world responsibilities. But when I went to relax, I opened up the discord application on my iPad and saw that my Discord was logged out. I was confused as to what happened then I began to panic. I immediately opened up my email to see if my account was compromised. Then I got the email saying that Discord has disabled my account due to supposed “Terms of Service violation”, however; I did not violate any terms of service or guidelines. So I immediately appealed to Discord Support, then I waited.

Then the next day I got an email stating that my account “will not be reinstated”, so I submitted another appeal and joined Twitter, just to contact Discord. They have never responded to me.

Of course, day by day, every time I appeal my ban, they just keep denying my account. During the time that my account is banned, more servers of mine just got nuked and more friends were put in danger, of course, main my server got attacked once again.

The people are responsible are still running wild on Discord! This is such an injustice to such a loyal user like me! So I demand that my account gets reinstated asap.

You have also failed to submit any evidence that I have violated terms of service!

I also demand that every user that was responsible for this unjust ban to be punished!

I promise to be behave responsible. I don’t break my promises!
