Ignored by support for three months - URGENT
I'm the developer of a Discord bot that is approaching one hundred servers.
After an initial verification request at 75 servers, roughly a month later it was denied on "concerns of potentially violating developer policies".. what policies did it violate? I have no idea; as every attempt to reach out and receive clarification has been completely ignored since March.
I've reached out multiple times now over the last three months, through support emails and Twitter DM's, trying to find some reasoning beyond "concerns" and potentially clear up misconceptions regarding the purpose of my application.
My bot will cease to work if it is unverified come the slash command change due to it's requirement for message contents, on top of not being able to meet demand due to being locked at 100 servers.
Does anyone have experience in a similar situation? Or perhaps someone from Discord could give me a hand? Thanks.
