Limit on who can follow an announcement channel

As we all know, Discord is very much needed in modern day games for communication, strategic planning, guild chats, alliance chats, etc etc.

With the introduction of announcement channels and following of announcement channels, it has been so much easier to send messages across multiple discord servers.

This function is very very useful to decimate information across many servers and can be useful for games that has "alliances" which consists of many "guilds".

But the current issue now is that, there is not much control over who can follow these announcement channels, which makes it easy for outsiders to get valuable information by just following said announcement channel.

I would like to suggest to have this "following of announcement channel" as a controllable option in discord so that we can fully utilize the announcement feature without worrying about any form of information leaks.
