My stream can't load for my friends while I am streaming. Microphone cuts too.

So I am having this issue here that when I try to stream anything (You Tube, Steam game or something else). My stream can't load for my friends or just keeps loading. Sometimes when I stop and start a new stream, my microphone stops working and I have to restart Discord. This is very annoying and I can't stream anything. I have the latest graphic drivers, my gpu isn't old and it is healthy. I see a lot of ppl talking for something simillar here, but nobody from the staff is replying. Please help me out!
