When switching accounts, land on the last accessed server and channel

When a user switches between acounts, they should land on the last accessed server and channel rather than on the home server. (I consider "home" to be a server, so if the user last accessed a certain direct message in their home server, they should land on this direct message when they switch to this account.)

    This is still an issue for me. It would be great if this could be addressed.

    This is something that, although tiny, could save quite a few people a lot of time i expect; it shouldn't be too difficult to remember last viewed channels when switching accounts instead of defaulting back to the first visible channel.
