GIF Organisation (+emotes)

I know that the idea of GIF Folders have already been mentioned several times, and I also think that we absolutely need this.

But I would also like to add some more ideas:

• The one I want the most (after the folders) is being able to reorganize the order of our favorite gifs, move the gifs up and down in the folder. This would be so great ! And it also applies to the order of out favorite emotes.

• Also, I think that it would be great if, while searching for gifs (in the search bar) our favorited gifs appear first if we type some keyword related to this gif. In other words, that the priority of the results is given to the favorited gifs.

• And finally, I would like the favorited gifs folder to be present on mobile (as well as the emotes), and synchronised with the other platforms.
