Add a way to disable Matching commands pop up

There are some commands for some "Games Bot", or any other Bot, that makes a bit odd the way the messages in the chat you try to see after you put a command and appears in the whole chat box a pop up of all the commands that matches with the thing you where writing and the only way to disable this is in the servers permissions and for someone who don't uses the slashes commands, because bots have their prefixes and a lot of servers changes those prefixes, it's really not needed for them and personally i wanted to disable them but there is no option for a normal user to turn then off.
