Reply pings patition

Patition to get a setting to not receive reply pings. These pings use direct mentions, and as such there's no way to stop them as is. I'm getting sick of getting pinged nonstop from people and looking to see "lol" or something pointless. We need a way to disable them without flat blocking every single discord user.

I understand some people like getting reply pings, but many of us hate them and the ping is abused to no end.
