Honestly, I think these could be an accessory to your profile picture and you can display different types of Frames around your profile picture, they could be rainbow or a way to flex your amount of time spent on discord or if you have nitro or maybe if you're in the hypesquad and more!

  This is a work in progress. As of right now they are calling it "Avatar Decorations" and it will most likely be a feature of Discord Nitro! No release date has been announced yet.
