Reply pings/mentions default option

I know that there is a lot of people asked for this before me, but it's been years now since people asked for this and we didn't see any change yet.
It's really disturbing to get a ping for every reply from users just because they are too lazy to turn off mention or they don't even know that they can turn it off, and it's even more disturbing to teach every single one on Discord how to turn mention off when you reply.
Users mostly don't need to ping on reply, especially when they just want to reply with an emoji or silly comment, but they just use reply feature without bothering themselves to turn mention off.

Please make the default option to ping on reply "OFF", so users can turn it ON only when necessary.
