Is account safety a joke?

They’ve closed and “solved” my hacked account without actually solving or even replying. 💀 They’ve closed 6 of my tickets over a span of 5 days and said it’s solved when it isn’t and before a staff replies and ask for a ticket id which has been asked 6 times: 25977511

    That's because Discord don't care about the user's who don't pay their app for Nitro who will get their account disabled and they dont to refunds either

    That’s the thing I do have nitro 😂 oh well tho. I just learned it’s much easier to steal a discord account then make a new one

    You got me beat by 2 tickets more... It's gotten to the point where I post with my ticket number as a signature now... I have never experienced such a poor customer service system. I question if I have even interacted with a real-life human being working for the company. I just hope our accounts don't get deleted before we have a chance at getting help. The worst part is they said I was just caught in a spam filter somehow and they fixed it, but they said that twice and a month later I am still locked out...
