Can you please add a toggle for 24 hour time?

I want to use 24 hour time, but I dont want to use uk english spell checking. Can you please just add some toggles for 24 hour time, date format, etc. Also, non english speakers don't have the option to switch to uk english.

I am using linux by the way, so im not sure if this works differently on different platforms.

The fundamental problem here is that you can't always predict the desired date and time format based on the language. For some languages, it changes between places where that language is spoken.

For example, if I lived in mexico, i would likely want to use 12 hour time, but the spanish language option in discord uses 24 hour time.

The case for spanish is especially strange, since most of the countries that speak spanish primarily use 12 hour time.
