Search for people by notes

As it stands now, I feel like notes are useless. However, some people may often change their discord usernames (or maybe not even often; maybe you haven't talked to them for months and can't find their account now since they changed their name). So, I'd like to recommend that you can search for people by using the 'notes' feature on one's profile.
