Just would like to say I don't think the support team is professional or at least not real. After multiple attempts to contact support about a ban on my account to at least talk to a human being. I've only been met with automated company copy and paste messages or at the very worst they just close the request without reading anything. I think it's poor company policies or poor working. I understand why I was banned or anything and I know what I did wrong. I understand all of that but the fact that not only me but multiple other people get banned then are just ignored or flat out not cared about I find is a bit worrying from a customer feedback and support viewpoint. I find it very worrying if people got banned falsely and then staff don't care to even look into something or make their own decision on the situation or know another side. All fairness I made mistakes but I don't think it's right to flat out ignore tickets or don't care to the point where you just copy and paste a response then nothing else.
