Add option to disable low-latency hardware acceleration

I'm aware this option exists on some devices, but not on my Pixel 4a.

While in calls, the audio mode switches from normal to "call mode" - muffling everything that comes through to save on bandwidth and battery. In other words, playing a YouTube video while in a call sounds like it were being played over a Zoom call.

An option to disable this would be amazing.
