[feature suggestion] server boost “refund” notification

so to start off. If a server gets deleted or banned your server boosts are returned to you and (from my experience) you do not get notified or told that you boosts have been returned.

the idea here would be to add a pop up or a banner that would be used to tell you if a server you boosted no longer exists and that your boost(s) have been returned.

this would be useful for multiple reasons. Firstly it would allow users to be more aware of how many boosts they currently have.
of course the server that was deleted or banned should not be revealed. However it should just be told that a server no longer exists.
