How to disable mobile notifications

Hi, i want to know that how i can stop/disable mobile app notifications like not from my server other from other public servers i have joined. Due to their notifications i cant focus on my server updates, so help me out how i can do this.

    Windows enables you to disable push notifications completely, mute them temporarily, or turn them off for specific apps from there . To reach Windows' notifications settings, open the Start menu, and go to Settings > System > Notifications & Actions.

    Beside this,to find your notifications, from the top of your phone screen, swipe down. Touch and hold the notification, and then tap Settings . Choose your settings: To turn off all notifications, turn off All notifications.

    Justin Daniels but when I go to the specific apps section on Windows notification settings, I am unable to see the option for Notifications and Actions.
