Keep voice-channel text chat in main window while video is popped out

The main reason I use the "pop out" function for video calls/streams is so I can put the video into fullscreen on another monitor. Right now, the text chat associated with a given voice channel goes with the video while it's popped out, which means I have to choose between being able to see and interact with the text chat or having the video in fullscreen. It would be really nice if the text chat remained in the main Discord window when the video is popped out, so I could access the text chat without interrupting the fullscreen video.
