Account disabled because of taking measures against fraud

Hello everyone,

first of all, I am not a sophisticated discord user. I know how to join servers, type messages, and how to change my profile picture per server. That's about it.

A few days back I received an invite to join a server by someone from my friendlist. As this was no stranger I didn't mind. When I joined that server I had to authenticate by a QR code. -NOW- I know it was a mistake, but then it didn't seem too irregular to me.

Shortly after there was an order of a NITRO gift for 99,99 US-$. As it turned out my friend who sent me the invitation was hacked, and the server invitation was part of a fraud.

As a first measure I changed my password. As a second measure I tried to contact Discord support. However I only received an answer by an e-mail bot called 'Clyde'.

My next step, in order to avoid financial loss, I logged into paypal. Discord provided an e-mail there for conflict resolution which they asked to use first. So I did. However I got the following response back:

So I tried to reach out to Discord -twice- with my problem of being charged fraudulently and twice I was unable to reach anyone.

To protect myself from financial loss I took the last measure that I had available, I disputed the transaction at paypal. Paypal reacted ... but instead of just denying the single transaction, paypal cancelled my complete Discord subscription - I am (was?) a NITRO subscriber.

Mere moments later I received an e-mail "Account Disabled - Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines Notification".

Here I am now, my account being disabled and without any means to reach Discord. My questions is, what can I do to bring my account to the state that it was before (with friendlist, serverlist, NITRO subscription and being enabled) -without- being charged the fraudulent 99,99 US-$?

I'd be thankful for any hint.
