3D Audio panning
This has been raised before, but at least two years ago and seems to have languished.
Add the ability for 3D audio. By this I mean the ability to modify the stereo balance of a voice room. This is something that is being leveraged in applications like aviation because the brain can process one ear over the other. So pilots with new 3D audio panels can have radio 1 in the left ear and radio 2 in the right ear and effectively task share the both. Imagine listening to ATC on one radio and a weather report on the other. Now in a balanced feed it's an audio mess and it's VERY hard to listen to one signal exclusively. In 3D it's relatively easy to concentrate on the weather report you need before landing and only divert to the other ear if you hear your callsign.
This would be awesome in games like Squad where you can have the environment in stereo, Discord in one ear only and in game radios in the other ear only (which they already support). In this basic form it only needs a slider to control the output balance as the user desires. Default setting would be centre, but it saves the setting. A per server memory would be nice... bonus points if per server room... but I don't know how these things are saved on the PC, so that may make the settings storage a bit much.
If you wanted to get REAL fancy you could add options to have concurrent voice connections and have them in separate ears for the same reason, or super fancy and have an option to automatically space out the users of the channel around you so they appear to be coming from different directions (again the concentration on a single source thing) around the 3660 degrees around you especially for those with surround audio (I have a 7.1 headset).
