Discord Voice app for Xbox

I saw this was already posted as a suggestion but since it was posted 2 years ago I'm reposting in my own words. If this was something possible, I assume it would take a long time. But one thing I've wanted for a while especially as a streamer who streams with people who don't use Xbox I would love to have a Discord app or at least a Voice Channels app for Xbox that can be picked up by twitch like a normal Xbox party can.
