I believe the HOME section of a Discord server should be where our server rules are posted. The rules, as shown in the screenshots provided, can be configured and populated by a user using the existing Rule Screening (whether it is enabled or not... it should show up in HOME) feature.

    It appears the ability to upload a screenshot/image is broken. It did not work.
