play "connected"-chime *after* the voice connection ist established

Hey,

i frequently face the following problem:
I join a voice-channel, i hear the "connected"-chime ("Din-Ding"), my friends greet me, i answer but the first half of my hello is lost in transmission.

This is also visible in the UI in the connection status:
As soon as you join a voice channel, the status is displayed in yellow, something like "connecting", and the chime is played.
But others can only hear you after the status changes to a green "voice chat connected" .

So i suggest to delay the playback of the "connected"-chime until after the voice channel connection is fully established and audio transmission works both ways.
