Please remove "ping disable" in server replies

Hello.

Discord was made as a platform for making people using it a communication platform for everyone. However there's a lot of disappointing features I wanna to talk about, which of them is including: Disabling pings in server replies.

Yes, this feature would be useful in some cases, to avoid annoying users when replying. However, I saw a lot of users misused it in MOST cases, like as an example: I was chatting in a community server and then a random member just popped up complaining about not having my replies ping-disabled. But Do Not Disturb exists! And the moderator just gave me the 3RD STRIKE FOR PINGING! Imagine how much this is annoying more than getting a ping in a reply.

To be honest most of the users are too toxic for me and as of other messengers, this feature that should been added as a "response to the feedback", it would be removed forever just to avoid confusion and abusing.
