disabled discord account

hey, my discord account is disabled. I'm 17 years old and I live in Poland, I didn't do anything and I don't know why I have this account disabled my account which I am currently using is: dobraezzzzzzbanan # 9851, and this old account is dobraezezezanan # 1923. Please enable this account, thanks goodbye.

    Hello dobraezzzzzzbanan,

    If you want to appeal an action taken on your account, you can Submit a request.

    INFO : Users whose accounts were disabled for being too young to use Discord MUST choose "Update My Age Information on Discord" as their Report Type option. So, in your situation, you have to choose : Trust & Safety -> Appeals, age update, other questions -> Update my age information. Please make sure to fill in all fields on the form.

    For verifications purposes you have to add an phtoto of yoursel holding 1) a photo ID which contains your date of birth and 2) a piece of paper with your (or your teen's) Discord username, using the Add File option.

    Jeśli chcesz się odwołać od działania podjętego na Twoim koncie, musisz wysłać Formularz zgłoszeniowy.

    INFO : Użytkownicy, których konta zostały wyłączone z powodu zbyt młodego wieku, aby używać Discorda, MUSZĄ wybrać "Aktualizuj moje informacje o wieku na Discordzie" jako opcję typu zgłoszenia. Tak więc w Twojej sytuacji musisz wybrać : Zespół ds. Poufności i bezpieczeństwa -> Odwołania, aktualizacja informacji o wieku, inne pytania -> Zaktualizuj moje informacje o wieku. Upewnij się, że wypełniłeś wszystkie pola w formularzu.

    Dla celów weryfikacji musisz dodać zdjęcie, na którym trzymasz 1) dokument tożsamości ze zdjęciem, który zawiera datę urodzenia i 2) kartkę z Twoją (lub Twojego nastolatka) nazwą użytkownika Discord, używając opcji Dodaj plik.

    It wont work. If you submite a request you will get nothing but an automated answer from Clyde saying that your account wont be reactivated. 

    Discord support is shit.

    Remember to be patient, especially during weekends and holidays (the average answer time is around a few days).

    i am starting to think there is no real trust and safety team, since i always get the same automated response from Clyde. It's just a bot.
