Feature Request : grouping contacts, pinning messages

There's posts about it already but I can't help but feel that discord would be such a more useful platform for creators and those using discord as a means to talk to virtual clients if there was an ability to pin messages and group contacts.  I want to keep my students separate from my friends (I coach League of Legends).  I also want to be able to pin messages or group messages with my friends so I don't have to search for them after taking a number of clients.

    I also would love to see a way to group contacts. 
    Only having a never ending list of "pseudonymes" isn't very handy, especially if you use discord as business-messenger where you have customers on. 

    Try to find "Peter ExampleMan" who is hidden behind "superhero_123xv15" as pseudo-name... no chance.
    And don't tell me anybody of you, know each pseudonym and the real name behind.

    Would be very helpfully to be able to have an "Tag-Field" per user, where I could add the realname - only for my search-purposes.
    AND be able to group a user in one or more Contact-Groups.
    Those groups shouldn't have any rights or permissions, they are only to logically group users.
    Example: 

    • CustomerGroup_germany
    • Family
    • GamingServer XYZ123
