Admin Community - 40% retention requirement

I own a ~7k server. I have been wanting a community for fellow owners/leaders for a long time to bounce ideas off people, etc. The certified mod program doesn't seem to be taking new people (I could be wrong), Partner is extremely selective, and now this admin community gates to 40% retention.

This last is a very, very high bar. My server fluctuates between 27-32% and it took a lot of work to lift that from low 20s. It really feels like you're only letting in servers that are already succeeding. Aren't the servers with lower retention the ones that need help the most?

Requiring 40% retention to access a tool that helps improve your server is so surreal to me that I almost wonder if it's a typo that no one wanted to correct. This is somehow more exclusive than Partner, which requires 20%.

I am so grateful for the work that Discord has done to make this a wonderful platform. It's where my lifetime friends connect every day, and where I've made new in-person friends in my local community. In this particular move, I have to be honest that I am really disappointed to be left out.
