QR Code scan should require 2FA

After scanning the QR using the mobile, the app should require the 2FA for extra security.

Also the text that prompts to NOT scan malicious QR codes should blink slightly to catch the eyes of unaware users.

Would be useful to have a log-out from everywhere option too.
