Recent IP blocks of Proton's California VPN servers.

I noticed you recently blocked the IPs of Proton VPN's California servers. This affects everybody who is using free VPNs for protection while playing games. Proton being the #1 free VPN software available, many resort to it for playing peer 2 peer networks online games.
Discord being a VoIP software who's user base is primarily gamers, should probably find another way than to screw up their own community to try and protect themselves against IP stressing.
