Can't upload multiple pictures at once, and insta-upload mode doesn't work at all anymore

Multiple picture uploading has been broken for a while, which is annoying, but I figured I could live with it. Insta-Upload mode doesn't work at all anymore as of today. I've tried with multiple browsers. Why is this broken? Was removal of these features intentional?

  I've only had this issue for a few days but it's so annoying! It's specifically on Android for me, if I try to upload more than one image (even jut two piddly little 500kb screenshots) I get an error message saying that my "max file size is 100.00 MB."
