Using Embed with different languages (left-to-right vs. right-to-left)

I don't see a native way to handle this in JS, so I'm wondering if there is a method in the API in which we can combine languages.  Most of our embeds are left-to-right, but occasionally a user makes a comment in right-to-left (Hebrew, etc.) and it ends up altering the format of the embed's field value.  We would like the value to maintain position.
