Spotify Rich Presence Bug

Discord seems to not be picking up my Spotify listening as my status on my computer. I am using Spotify and Discord on my desktop.

Could be because I moved into my university apartment and something weird is happening with the firewall. I am not sure.

I have:
- Removed & re-added my Spotify connection
- Reinstalled Spotify and Discord
- Removed my Discord Spotify app connectivity
- Uninstalled Spotify & Discord multiple times
- Cleared app data and local app data
- Reset my browser cache and cookies
- Tried seeing if it worked on Discord browser

& pretty much everything under the sun on forum posts to try and resolve this issue.

There was one discovery thought that seemed to remedy it. The only thing that I found to have it appear is launching the mobile app fresh. If I do that I can see it for just a moment. The second I switch songs or play something different, it will not pick up. I would have to restart the app on my phone. 

To reiterate, this post is about playing audio on the Desktop while logged into Discord and Spotify. 

I have contacted support and they have told me to make a post on the forums so I am doing so.
