Whitelisted/Blacklisted file extensions while uploading a file into a channel

Different roles will have different whitelisted/blacklisted file extension that user can upload to a channel, so if you have in channel permission to upload a file, you would need also permission to upload certain file extension. So, for example, role @level1noob will have permission in #fileshareing to share only .sus and .png files. @level10gamer will have permission in #filesharing to upload .sus .png .jpeg .webp .exe .iso. Level100 Boss boss will have permission in #filesharing to upload every file extension but .virus. Channel #onlypng will have permission only for .png file format no matter what role you have.

So, different roles will have permission only for certain file extension.

This permission will also have in settings, box with eg. 30 popularest file extension and text box where you can type your own file extension that will be added one-by-one using enter.

That's my idea. Would be really helpful in some #food channel or #morningpics or @only.pngrole and in server moderation and customization.
