Block PM From Member but Still See Their Channel Messages

Being able to block a member from sending you PM but you can still see their regular messages in chat channels in the server.

This is sort of to counter that this specific member can't keep harassing you in PM but you can still see how they behave in the server.

I don't wanna have to restrict PMs to friends (since I don't even add random friends here and there) only just because one member can't stop being an ass in private.
