Discord will not reply to my appeal

My account has been disabled for violating the ToS, so i sent proof to verify my age last sunday (7 days ago) and it is currently the 13th day and no response so tomorrow my account will be wiped even after sending proof and trying to get them to reply multiple times, please help.

  Personally I was never in the position to verify my age but I've had a few instances where I was reporting someone to Trust & Safety where Discord left my ticket on read. If they don't respond back after 14 business days I recommend creating a new ticket.

  I cannot wait 14 business days because in that time my account will be wiped anyways so i need them to respond now

  I think that they are just not reading people's appeals. I don't know whats happened to my account yet. No email or nothing
