My appeal is not being looked at

I have been appealing countless days since last week and tomorrow is the day my data gets wiped so i cannot wait any longer which means i sent my DoB and ID to just be rejected even tho it has been a week with no response, they have closed my case even after not talking to me which means they arent even considering me

    I'm having a similar problem i don't know whether my case has been closed or not sent my id and all i could no reply at all, I've been waiting around about 6 days for mine. I hope discord finally looks at our appeals and unbans us.

    Discord usually responds within 5 business days. 

    Please also note that opening new support requests or sending too many responses on an open case will update the ticket in their system and move it to the back of the queue.

    If that is not the case and you have waited 5+ days with no responses, you should send another message on the thread.
