Files not loading.

On both mobile and pc, files will not load. They will appear as this.

It happens for all types of files. To see images, I have to click it to open it in a google tab, but to see videos, I have to download them first. I have noticed that on mobile, some images will load, but most won't. It seems random. No one else I know has this issue, interestingly enough. I've tried updating, refreshing, and uninstalling. No luck, obviously.
