Performance Degredation Lately?

Has anyone else noticed a degradation in call quality in the last week or two? I have full green bars with low ping, internet speed tests while the calls are performing badly have me at over 100Mbps, and I'm not noticing any lag in the games while I'm playing, yet the voices of all my friends and even music playing through the channel are robotic and have disruptions more often than not.  Resetting the app fixes this but only briefly.

Edit : My system is running a ryzen 3900x with 16gb of 3200mhz ddr4 and a 6700xt. My internet provider is spectrum and I usually have 500 up and down, though sometimes it does dip.

    Hmm, it's strange, but I've had normal conversations over the past 2 weeks.
    assumption: Maybe you have a virus and it slows down the system, check your system for problems/viruses.
