Reduce link requirement to double-slash only, for both users and bots
It's annoying that ftp links and other protocols don't work in users' and bots' messages.
To beat this, I recommend Discord to accept all links with 2 superseding slashes in it.
This would look like //google.com or ftp://microsoft.com

If you surround a link with <> it'll work regardless of protocol. e.g <ftp://microsoft.com>

Interesting, not what I expexted, but just as good. I think it should be added regardless, because of compatibility and to match the easy bot command design.
