Custom Thread Permissions [FEATURE REQUEST]

This is something that would be pretty useful for a lot cases. There should be a permission where users can have administrator permissions ONLY IN THREADS THEY CREATE. When a user creates a thread, they should be able to pin messages, delete messages, or so whatever they want in their own thread (as long as it's enabled in the channel settings, ofc).
