Account Disabled
Account was disabled for sending to Many friend requests. I have opened a ticked and have yet to get any help with the situation. However my nitro is still running on an account I have no access too. I don't understand why sending friend requests got my account disabled but I was not aware that there was a limit. I have yet to get any help.

There is no limit like that and it may not get you banned according to discord ToS.

Lucky you.
At least got a reason.0 -
Yes, lucky me that someone has responded and already explained that I got caught up in some ridiculous spam filter and my account was released. However I have already canceled my nitro and the server was taken down channel by channel since no one was able to actually delete it in my absence. Seems like the algorithm needs updating.

However I did learn a lesson. Keep your server on an alt account. Do all work and communicating on a seperate account with a vpn. That way when this ridiculous filter attacks you, you won't have to move everything to a new server like we did.

Wtf are you telling me you can just make a discord bot and command it to filter as spam everything so they will not only get banned on said server but all servers the bot is in AND Discord?
What gives jurisdiction over this0 -
I don't know what you are talking about. Discord has a spam filter. Doing things in repetition is apparently one of the triggers. I send out a bunch of friend requests and discord disabled my account. Then took 3 days to get back to me. Told me they were going to delete my account. Then when I complained and told them I found thier actions to be unprofessional as I had done nothing wrong, they reactivated my account and told me I had got 'swept up in the spam filter'

However by that point it was too late. They had already told me my account was scheduled to be deleted. So since I couldn't get back into the account to deactivate my nitro I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I also instructed my team to dismantle the server, which they did. Then the day after they emailed back like "oops, you got swept up in the spam filter by mistake."

Well my support is a bot saying I violated ToS.
Nothing else no matter what I do.0 -
Sorry to hear that. Discord needs to put some of that nitro money they are making into bettering the platform. They most certainly need to fix the algorithm.
