My account got banned from tos yesterday? (your gmail support is a bot and doesn't give me proper answers)

yesterday i contacted discord support from gmail but it is a bot so i have to type from here
basicly without no explanation i got banned from discord and when i try to enter it says deactivated
im sure i didn't broke anything in tos tho
(if needed my discord name and tag is: Lady Evil#1614 )
