Update trying to make me go deaf

I accidentally updated my android samsung phone's discord app (after trying to hold off as long as possible) and I'm really annoyed with the changes.

1. In a voice channel, the volume slider for an individual user can only be dragged if the 'page' is moved up. (as in, even if the volume slider is in view, you can't move it, unless the page is scrolled up)

2. The volume slider is tiny now.

3. I'm always on "do not disturb". Yet I'm getting SOUND NOTIFICATIONS when people leave/join the voice channel, or when I mute/unmute myself. There is no option to turn this off in the phone settings (only available on browser but I do not want to turn it off there). There is also no volume slider for this notification, so my ears are currently getting LOUD notifications when everything else (other sounds like people talking, music etc) are much much softer. (keeping in mind my phone's "media/call" volume sliders are all on very low, and the rest are muted)

4. Following #3, I tried changing the "get notifications outside of Discord" alerts settings to "deliver quietly". This did not mute the sound notifications at all.
