Let us > collapse and V expand member list and threads in text/voice channels

This way u can toggle the visibility of threads, roles and VC-participators, just like categories.

This way public threads can always be visible, even when not joined.

VC's and the member list will also take up less space, decreasing the amount u need to scroll.

I don't know how to see people joined (through the user limit counter(1/∞?), or availability of expand).

Consider whether the arrow should be before the # or after.
