Audio Bug

Hello. My friends sounds like robots while im in voice and its only me, i've checked internet connection, i've resetted the router, i've resetted voice settings, i've approved discord in the firewall, i've flushed my DNS... and nothing works.

My ping while gaming is at "20ms" so its nothing wrong with internet.
Anyone that can help?
