Ability for administrators or roles to collectively edit messages
Multiple times have me and my staff team needed to edit an existing message but haven't been able to because the original sender isn't available at the time. If there was a way to create a message that anybody with administrator privileges, or a certain role could edit, that would be fantastic. The sender would just be displayed as the Role, and use the Role's icon as the profile picture.
We should still be able to attach media to the message of course, and it would show up like a normal message, not an embed.
This would prevent us from having to keep repeatedly sending new messages over and over when we really just need to edit one or two words on the spot, and would prevent us from waiting for the original sender from coming online to do it.
It could be sent using the same button used to attach files or media to a message maybe, and would only be able to be created by server administrators, who could then edit it's permissions like any other channel or category.

Great idea but I do think it would pose a privacy issue where people would get easily framed for whatever horrible actions and get their reputation tarnished with in x community. A good work around would be to display '(edited by moderator/admin)' on next to the message when it is edited by a third party to clearly display that the message has not been edited by the original sender. Good idea though, these are just my thoughts on it.
