Allow Admins and Mods see leave reason

If someone leaves a server, discord is asking why in most cases, where you can select some options.

Please allow Mods and Admins to see statistics about answers, so they can improve the server.

    I think this could lead to problems for some. It is human nature to attach emotions to these sort of things for some cases / scenarios.
