Video embed size limit

What is the current file size limit for video embeds? It used to be 50 MB but now seems more closer to 30 MB which sucks because links which used to embed no longer do! Anyway is the limit documented somewhere and are there any plans to increase it?

By video embed I mean a playable link to video on external server like https://example.com/clip.mp4

    Also interested in this. I am a Nitro subscriber, and the server I posted a 368MB H264 video to is fully boosted, yet the video has no embed :(
