Server-Wide Nitro subscription

Currently there are only individual Nitro subscriptions, but I think an option for a server-wide subscription has some potential.

1. It could draw new users to Nitro by giving them a taste of its benefits when they visit a larger more premium server so they can see what they're missing out on. (benefit for you)

2. It can help low income server members feel welcome/included, for example my server has a few high school age members with literally no income as well as a few low income adult members, server-wide nitro would make the features of Nitro available to them.

3. It could be priced in a variety of ways

- features a la carte. This way you can set the price for various features individually and let the server choose them from a menu. Perhaps a photography server would make good use of larger file uploads but has no need for enhanced stream quality, so they pay for just that feature. A side benefit would be that it would make it very easy to identify which features are most popular.

- features by server size. This way you could set pricing based on how many members a server has or are using the features, that way small servers that don't use much network capacity don't need to pay as much as large servers that always have people uploading, posting, and streaming non-stop.

- a la carte by server size, a blend of the previous options. This would provide a great deal of accessibility to a server-wide Nitro option.
